Aerial Silk
At "The Flow," we invite you to discover the enchanting world of Aerial Silk, also known as aerial fabric or tissue

Reach New Heights of Artistry and Strength
Our studio offers comprehensive classes designed to introduce you to this captivating aerial discipline, build strength, and unleash your creativity as you learn to soar, twist, and spin through the air on flowing fabric strands.
Aerial Silk features performers executing aerial tricks and poses while suspended from long, flowing fabric strands. This ethereal discipline emphasizes grace, flexibility, and aerial storytelling as participants ascend, descend, and spin through the air. With its breathtaking drops, elegant wraps, and dynamic sequences, Aerial Silk offers a mesmerizing fusion of athleticism and artistry that captivates audiences and inspires performers.
What to wear
When attending an Aerial Silk class, we recommend wearing:
- Fitted Clothing: Opt for form-fitting attire that allows for freedom of movement and provides coverage, such as leggings and a fitted top.
- Avoid Loose Clothing: Loose clothing can get tangled in the fabric and impede movement, so it’s best to avoid wearing loose pants or baggy tops.
Minimal Jewelry: Remove any excessive jewelry or accessories that could snag on the fabric or interfere with your movements.

What to Bring
- Water Bottle: Hydration is key during any physical activity, so be sure to bring a water bottle to stay refreshed throughout your class.
- Towel: Don’t forget to bring a big towel to cover your mat during class. It’s a small but essential item that’ll keep your mat clean and provide a hygienic surface for your practice.
